Higher Apprenticeships survey

The International Centre for Guidance Studies (iCeGS) at the University of Derby is currently undertaking a research project on behalf of University of Derby Corporate to assess the level of knowledge and understanding around Higher Apprenticeships (HAs). The government first introduced Higher Apprenticeships in 2009 within the engineering and IT sectors. In 2010 they announced a commitment to increase the numbers of Higher Apprenticeships to create career pathways towards higher level roles.

Careers practitioners are a key source for information and advice to young people and adults about the range of opportunities that might be open to them. We would be grateful if you could complete the questionnaire at the link below.  We have kept it as brief as possible as we understand the time and pressures on practitioners and their managers. The deadline for completion is 27th September 2012.

Please note that your responses are strictly confidential and in line with University of Derby Research Ethics Committee Guidelines and will be used by iCeGS solely for this research project. If you have any queries, please contact Siobhan Neary or Moira Sutton on 01332 591581 or email s.neary@derby.ac.uk or m.sutton@derby.ac.uk.
