Delivering evidence based, high-quality career services

I’m off to Italy tomorrow to talk to the International Forum on Guidance in Genoa. This is what I thought that I would say.

Delivering evidence-based, high-quality career services

  1. Thanks for this Tristram, very interesting. In terms of life-long career guidance for individuals who are either currently employed or self-employed, how would this best operate given that employers and enterprise owners will have their own views about the needs of their employees/themselves? This must be different from careers guidance for the young or those seeking work? Has the concept of portfolio careers ever come up within this as it is an area I’ve been engaging with?
