I was invited to spend the new year in lovely Bergen. As well as doing some walking in the mountains and cruising along the fjords I also gave this presentation twice. In it I look at some of the international evidence and practice that Norway could potentially use to develop their career guidance system.
I presented once to senior local practitioners and public servants and then once to a big room filled with the local political class of Bergen. There continues to be a lot of intense interest in career guidance in Norway and it is really exciting for me to be able to feed into this.
