Today is the second day of the JobbAktiv conference in Oslo. Yesterday was a really interesting event which was summarised very creatively in the following picture. (Not sure why I’ve got a cat in the picture).

Today we’ll be continuing discussions. I’ve been asked to talk about my 7 Cs digital career management model. So I’m planning to do that. One of the things that I’m going to try and cover in the presentation is Tom Staunton’s recent critique of the 7 Cs model. In general I agree with the thrust of what Tom is saying, but I don’t want to throw the baby out with the bathwater.

I’m going to think on about the critique further, but might write some more about this in the future.

Anyway, for now, this is what I’ve got to say at the conference…

    Have you heard of Inky Thinking ( They are a company based in the UK who do just this, they can summarise whole conferences or do workshops – could be a good element to include in the CEC conference this year?
