Somewhat unexpected I find myself leading a day of the MA at the University of Derby today. I’m kicking off with a session on evidence based practice and evaluation in career guidance. My guess is that students who are currently studying on an MA are probably the most closely connected to evidence of all practitioners. One of the challenges is thinking about how we maintain that connection to evidence once we move into practice.
