Following on from this morning’s session on evaluation I’m going to spend this afternoon with the Derby MA students talking about careers leadership. A lot of what I’m going to say will draw on our recent Careers Leader Handbook but in this session I’m going to be broadening the concept of careers leadership a little to other contexts and also doing something of a deep dive to look at curriculum development as a key feature of careers leadership.
