
Today I’m presenting at the Hong Kong Baptist University again. In this session I’m going to build on Tuesday’s session to look at why it is important to talk about career with disadvantaged youth. The main argument of the session is that career can’t wait while we deal with more acute needs. Rather we have to view career as bound up with many of individual’s other needs and also as part of the solution.
