Here is an interview that I did with Phillip Hayes of Kloodle. In it I talk about the current situation in school based career guidance with particular reference to the Gatsby Benchmarks.

I talk a bit about the research that sits behind the Gatsby Benchmarks and try and unpack some of the implications for schools and other stakeholders.
