At the recent National Careers Leaders Conference organised by the CDI and iCeGS I gave a presentation with Marian Morris of SQW about evaluating careers provision in schools.
In it we try and cover everything that you need to know about evaluating schools’ careers provision. Our main message is to move away from viewing evaluation as the collection of a series of forms and feedback and to view it as an ongoing developmental cycle.
