New ISE blog: How ISE members can influence post-Brexit migration policies

Brexit is going to bring some massive changes. Perhaps most dramatically these are going to be seen in the area of migration and the movement of labour. At the ISE we are conducting a consultation looking at this. If you are an ISE member I’d encourage you to complete it. If you are not an ISE member then why not join!

I’ve written a blog to set out some of the key issues on changes to the migration system.

The UK is about to make massive changes to its migration system. Following Brexit, the right to free movement in Europe is likely to be massively curtailed. Although, there are, of course, 50 ways to leave the EU, and at least some of them maintain some freedom of movement for workers, most options are likely to reduce the flow of labour. These kinds of changes will have substantial impacts for employers.
