Good career guidance in Norway

This morning I’m presenting on the Gatsby Benchmarks and careers leaders to a group of Norwegian careers professionals. Throughout today we are going to be exploring how useful these frameworks are for Norway, how we might adapt them to fit their systems and cultures and what needs to be done to improve career guidance in Norway.
