Introduction to career theory

I am giving a series of lectures to students the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences on career theory. I normally get to travel to Lillehammer to deliver these in person, but this year I’m stranded in Leicester for the foreseeable future.

So, I’ve decided to break up my lectures into a series of bite sized videos. In the lectures I address various aspects of career theory.

I thought that they might be useful to a wider audience so I would also publish them on my blog.

Here is the first one, which discusses what is career, career guidance and theory and sets up where the rest of the series is going to go.
