Here is the latest of my introductory lectures on career theory. In this one I address social-cognitive career theory. This is a new lecture that I’ve added in for the first time this year. I’ve added social-cognitive career theory to my series of career theory lectures because it is highly influential within the field, but perhaps less well known in the UK and Norway where I’ve mainly worked. Hopefully this provides a useful starting point for people engaging with this.
