Context for career: Migration

As part of my series looking at the context for career I’ve produced a short lecture looking at migration as a key context for the way in which people pursue their careers and make career decisions.

In the lecture I look at how career guidance has always been bound up with migration and consider why people migrate, how their resources or mobility capital support migration and reflect on the issue of spatial justice.
