How to make progress in career learning in schools

Last week I gave a presentation to a group of Norwegian schools’ career specialists who have been experimenting with the Gatsby Benchmarks. In the presentation I tried to discuss how they might move forwards from an initial experiment towards an ongoing strategic involvement in career learning. Key to this is connecting careers to the school vision, getting buy-in from senior leaders and committing to a cycle of continuous improvement.
