Can we deliver social justice? Reframing the purpose of school and college careers programmes

I was recently very privileged to be invited to Ipswich to talk to careers professional in Suffolk about career guidance and social justice.

In my keynote I explored what we mean by career and social justice and argued that career guidance could play an important role in the quest for social justice. I then tried to set out some practice ideas for how this could be done, by drawing on the five signposts model.
